Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers in selecting watches and accessories.
Explain product features, brands, warranties, and pricing.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge
Maintain knowledge of watch brands and latest collections.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Store Operations
Maintain display standards and showroom cleanliness.
Manage stock and inventory records.
Assist in billing and payment processing.
Customer Relationship Management
Build customer relationships for repeat purchases.
Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support.
