Sales Associate / Retail Sales Executive – Women’s Boutique

Location: Perundhurai Road, Opposite Reliance Mall, Erode

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our women’s boutique. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a pleasant shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Assist customers in finding the right sizes, styles, and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Support store operations, including arranging merchandise and stock management.
Ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices.
