Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), or
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer to oversee daily production operations in a heavy fabrication environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, manpower management, and engineering drawing interpretation to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities.
Plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively.
Ensure production activities are carried out according to engineering drawings and production schedules.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
Follow up on production instructions and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and project teams to meet production targets.
Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards on the shop floor.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Maintain production records and prepare daily progress reports.
Manufacturing Projects

Candidates should have exposure to the fabrication and manufacturing of:

Pressure Vessels
Heat Exchangers
Storage Tanks
Static Equipment
Water Treatment Plants
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Heavy Fabrication.
Engineering Drawing Reading and Interpretation.
