Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily sweet production activities and ensure efficient, hygienic, and high-quality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will supervise production staff, monitor product quality, maintain hygiene standards, coordinate inventory usage, and ensure timely production and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Production Supervision
Supervise and coordinate daily sweet production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor production workflow for smooth factory operations.
Quality Control
Ensure recipes, ingredients, and production processes are followed accurately.
Monitor product quality during preparation, cooking, and packaging.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of products.
Team Management
Assign daily work to production workers.
Supervise staff performance and productivity.
Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
Motivate and guide the production team.
Inventory & Material Management
Track raw material consumption.
Minimize wastage of ingredients and materials.
Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials.
Hygiene & Safety
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the factory.
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain compliance with workplace safety procedures.
Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and dispatch teams.
Ensure finished goods are available for timely delivery.
Communicate production status and operational issues to management.
Required Qualifications
Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred)
Relevant experience in food manufacturing or sweets production.
Experience
Prior experience as a Factory Supervisor or Production Supervisor in the food industry is preferred.
