RK Engineering Infrastructure is looking for enthusiastic Electricians / Fitters to join its Electrical Panel Assembly team. The selected candidates will be involved in the manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and quality assurance of Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) Electrical Panels.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers seeking hands-on experience and long-term career growth in the electrical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Panel Assembly
Assemble LV, MV, and HV electrical panels as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Support wiring and interconnection of electrical components.
Assist in panel fabrication and fitting activities.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform basic testing and inspection of assembled panels.
Ensure proper functioning and compliance with quality standards.
Assist in identifying and rectifying wiring or assembly issues.
Manufacturing Support
Work closely with engineers and senior technicians during production activities.
Follow standard operating procedures for panel manufacturing.
Support timely completion of projects and deliveries.
Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety guidelines and electrical safety procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
Ensure safe handling of electrical components and materials.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
ITI Electrician
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
Related Electrical Trades
Experience
Freshers Preferred
Up to 1 year of relevant experience may be considered
