Job Summary

RK Engineering Infrastructure is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as Electrician / Fitter – Electrical Panel Assembly. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing, assembly, wiring, and testing of Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) electrical panels. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians while building a strong foundation in the electrical industry.

Educational Qualification
ITI Electrician / Fitter
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
Any related electrical or technical qualification
Experience
Freshers Preferred
Up to 1 Year of Relevant Experience Can Apply
Key Responsibilities
Panel Assembly
Assemble LV, MV, and HV electrical panels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Install and fit electrical and mechanical components within control panels.
Ensure proper alignment and assembly of panel structures.
Wiring & Electrical Work
Perform panel wiring, cable routing, and terminal connections.
Follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
Ensure neat and organized wiring practices.
Testing & Inspection
Assist in testing completed panels for functionality and quality compliance.
Inspect wiring, connections, and components before final delivery.
Support troubleshooting and rectification of assembly-related issues.
Manufacturing Support
Work closely with engineers and technicians during production activities.
Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations properly.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to electrical safety standards and company guidelines.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing tasks.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
