Job Summary

RK Engineering Infrastructure is looking for Electricians/Fitters to join its Electrical Panel Assembly team. This role is ideal for fresh ITI and Diploma graduates who are interested in building a career in the electrical manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will be involved in the assembly, wiring, testing, and quality inspection of Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) electrical panels while receiving hands-on training from experienced engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform panel wiring for LV, MV, and HV electrical panels.
Install electrical components such as MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, busbars, terminals, switches, and meters.
Assist in testing and inspection of completed electrical panels.
Identify and rectify wiring or assembly defects under supervision.
Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
Maintain quality standards during panel assembly and wiring.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Work closely with engineers and technicians to achieve production targets.
Qualifications
ITI – Electrician/Wireman/Fitter
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
Equivalent technical qualification
Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in panel assembly are also eligible.
