Location: Nasiyanur, Erode, Tamil Nadu (Preference for candidates from Erode and nearby areas)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Electricians/Fitters to join our Electrical Panel Assembly team. The role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) electrical control panels. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the electrical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble LV, MV, and HV electrical panels according to engineering drawings.
Perform panel wiring, cable routing, termination, and electrical connections.
Install electrical components such as MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, relays, contactors, meters, busbars, and terminal blocks.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Conduct continuity, insulation, and functional testing of assembled panels.
Identify and rectify wiring or assembly defects.
Ensure panels comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
Use electrical hand tools and testing instruments safely.
Follow workplace safety practices and electrical regulations.
Assist senior engineers and technicians during panel fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly area.
Qualifications
ITI (Electrician/Fitter) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) or a related discipline.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Up to 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage.
