Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a sound understanding of industrial electrical systems, and the ability to work in rotational 12-hour shifts while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Replace faulty electrical components, wiring, switches, relays, and control devices.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other industrial safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance.
Troubleshooting electrical faults.
Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
