Civil Maintenance / Factory Premises Executive

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2 years in factory premises management
Preferred: Civil Engineering background; minimum 1 year of Civil Engineering experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the civil structure of the entire factory building.
Oversee maintenance activities related to the factory premises.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep inside and around the factory premises.
Coordinate day-to-day premises maintenance activities.
Monitor the condition of civil infrastructure and address maintenance requirements.
Qualification
Degree/Diploma related to Civil Engineering preferred.
Candidates with relevant factory/facility management experience are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing factory premises.
