HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER / FACTORY MAINTENANCE

🏭 Position: Civil Engineer / Factory Premises Maintenance
📍 Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
🏢 Work Mode: On-Site / In Person
🔄 Shift: Rotational Shifts

🏗️ Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the civil structures of the entire factory building
• Monitor the condition of buildings, structures, and other civil infrastructure
• Coordinate and oversee necessary civil maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance inside and around the factory premises
• Monitor site conditions and address maintenance requirements promptly
• Ensure the factory premises are maintained in a safe and organized condition

🎓 Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in managing factory premises preferred
✔ Degree/Diploma related to Civil Engineering preferred
✔ Candidates with at least 1 year of Civil Engineering experience will be given preference
✔ Good maintenance and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts
