Job Summary – Civil Engineer (Factory Maintenance)

Position: Civil Engineer – Factory Maintenance
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Eligibility
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing factory premises or civil maintenance.
Candidates with 1+ year of civil engineering experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance of the factory’s civil infrastructure.
Ensure the structural integrity of factory buildings.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness within the factory premises.
Coordinate civil repair and maintenance activities.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Maintain a safe and well-maintained working environment.
Required Skills
Knowledge of building maintenance and civil works.
Problem-solving and maintenance planning skills.
Ability to supervise maintenance activities.
Good organizational and communication skills.
