Role Overview
A reputed organization in Dammam is hiring an Aftermarket Sales Manager – Steam Turbine to lead and expand its aftermarket business. The role focuses on generating revenue through spare parts sales, service agreements, retrofits, upgrades, and customer relationship management within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Utilities sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Drive revenue growth through:
Spare parts sales
Service contracts
Turbine retrofits
Upgrades and modernization projects
Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Key Account Management
Manage strategic customers such as:
Saudi Aramco
SABIC
Ma’aden
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales requirements.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate and manage service contracts.
Oversee contract execution and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor aftermarket sales engineers and support staff.
Monitor team performance and sales objectives.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Support strategic business planning.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA preferred
Experience
8–12 years of aftermarket sales experience in rotating equipment.
Strong expertise in steam turbines.
Experience handling aftermarket services and maintenance-related sales.
Preferred OEM Experience
