Job Description

VMC Programmer – CNC/VMC
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical or Production Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Willingness to work in shifts preferred

Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize VMC programs from engineering drawings.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds and feeds.
Set up and independently operate VMC machines.
Conduct trial runs and inspect finished components.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
Maintain production efficiency and support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with design and quality teams.

Required Skills

VMC/CNC programming and operation.
G-code programming.
Fanuc / Siemens controls.
MasterCAM or other CAM software.
Mechanical drawing and GD&T interpretation.
Tool selection and machining-process knowledge.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred

Multi-axis machining experience.
Batch production/job-shop exposure.
Automotive, aerospace, or tool & die industry experience.
