Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate VMC machines according to production specifications
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Monitor machine operations and make necessary control adjustments
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Required Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Technical certification is preferred
Proven experience as a VMC Operator is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in shifts
