Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and experience producing high-quality welds on a variety of metal components while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform precision TIG welding on metal components and fabricated assemblies.
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to job specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, grinding, and aligning components before welding.
Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
Perform finishing work, including grinding and polishing welded joints when required.
Select appropriate filler materials, shielding gases, and welding parameters.
Conduct routine maintenance of welding machines and tools.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production schedules.

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience
Experience in TIG welding is preferred.
