Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer / Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise networking infrastructure and computing environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on networking experience, and the ability to support customers and partners in networking-related projects.

This role involves managing network devices, system administration, security solutions, surveillance systems, and ensuring optimal network performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities
Network Administration
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
Manage network hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of services.
Configure and manage switching, routing, and firewall infrastructure.
System Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance problems.
Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and project partners.
Security Management
Configure, maintain, and monitor antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
Implement network security measures and best practices.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and security threats.
Surveillance & Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and maintain:
IP Cameras
Surveillance Systems
Wireless Access Points
Controllers
Managed Switches
POE Switches
Documentation & Planning
Create and maintain accurate network diagrams and infrastructure documentation.
Assist in designing and planning network communication systems.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Software & System Configuration
Configure networking software, operating systems, and application software.
Support email applications and communication systems.
Test and validate network and system configurations before deployment.
