Job Summary

Ikonics is seeking a motivated and target-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive business development and sales for its consumer appliance brand, Octog. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer accounts.
Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads within the assigned territory.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Travel regularly to meet customers and expand business opportunities.
Manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
Represent the Octog brand professionally during customer meetings.
Educate customers about the technical, financial, and business benefits of the company’s products.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging products.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Required Qualifications
Technical degree or Pure Science degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with excellent negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for field travel.
Valid driving license with a safe driving record.
