🚀 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – JavaScript to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise applications in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, Java, cloud technologies, microservices, and modern full-stack development practices.

• Technical systems design and architectural documentation

• Implement scalable and secure IT solutions
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application stability

• Collaborate with business and technical teams

• AWS, Docker & DevOps
• Microservices Architecture
• Spring & Spring Boot
• AngularJS / Angular.io
• Node.js, Express & Swagger/OpenAPI
• MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, CouchDB, DynamoDB
• SQL Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript & HTTP/HTTPS
• JMS & Messaging Technologies
• Web Services & XML Technologies
• Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora)
• Git, Gradle, JUnit & Mockito
• Security Principles & Test Automation
• UML & Design Patterns
• Agile Methodologies

➕ Good to Have:
• Experience with BPM Components
• ECM / DCM Solutions
• Knowledge of CML

🎯 Preferred Experience:
• 8+ years of JavaScript & Java experience in Investment / Financial Services environments
• Experience in user access management for automated processes
