Job Summary

Mind Care Psychiatry Hospital is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its healthcare team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting doctors during treatments, administering medications, monitoring patient health conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patient recovery.

This position is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in nursing and mental healthcare.

Educational Qualification
Graduate Degree (Nursing qualification preferred)
Experience

Prior healthcare or hospital experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care and support to patients.
Monitor patients’ health conditions and record observations.
Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and recovery processes.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
Medication & Treatment Support
Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during treatments and procedures.
Monitor patients for treatment responses and report any concerns.
Patient Education
Educate patients and caregivers on health practices and treatment plans.
Provide guidance on medication adherence and recovery care.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and nursing standards.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Hospital Support
Maintain cleanliness and safety within patient care areas.
Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment.
