Job Overview

We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our on-site operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, supervise teams, ensure work quality and safety compliance, and coordinate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in site supervision and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site operations and workforce activities.
Manage and coordinate staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Identify on-site issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain smooth communication between site teams and management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of:
Safety standards
Compliance protocols
Basic project management practices
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Basic technical understanding of site operations and related tools/equipment is preferred.
Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications in:
Construction Management
Project Management
are considered an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Background in:
Construction
Engineering
Related fields preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore.
