Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Indian Taxation, GST compliance, and SAP localization requirements.

This role involves leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering innovative financial solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Delivery
Lead and execute full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.
Participate in project phases including:
Requirement Gathering
Blueprinting
Solution Design
Configuration
Testing
Deployment
Hypercare and Post-Go-Live Support
Ensure successful delivery of SAP Finance solutions within project timelines.
SAP FICO Functional Consulting
Analyze and map business finance processes into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules.
Design scalable and compliant financial processes aligned with business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Taxation & Localization
Configure and manage:
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Direct Taxation
Indirect Taxation
Tax Reporting Requirements
Implement Indian localization settings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Support tax-related audits and compliance initiatives.
Business Process Consulting
Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
Recommend best practices and innovative approaches for financial process improvements.
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with teams across SAP modules including:
MM (Materials Management)
SD (Sales & Distribution)
PP (Production Planning)
PS (Project Systems)
HCM
Ensure seamless integration between Finance and other business functions.
Support end-to-end business process flows across the SAP landscape.
Support & Issue Resolution
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot configuration and process-related issues.
Ensure system stability, performance, and business continuity.
Manage change requests and enhancement activities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.

Cloud Experience
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and other modules.

Candidates willing to relocate immediately to Coimbatore or Chennai.

Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹7.7 LPA – ₹13 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
