Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and deliver robust SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial processes, SAP integrations, reporting, and business process optimization while working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
SAP FI/CO Implementation & Support
Lead and manage SAP FI/CO teams in delivering customized business solutions.
Configure, implement, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
Provide expertise in Financial Accounting, Controlling, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Project Systems, and Project Accounting.
Client Engagement & Requirement Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document functional requirements.
Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Solution Design & Documentation
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
Functional Design Documents (FDD)
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Configuration Documents
User Manuals
Training Materials
Ensure adherence to project standards and documentation practices.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Plan and execute functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify and resolve system issues and configuration gaps.
Support troubleshooting activities and provide root-cause analysis for production issues.
Process Optimization & Advisory
Advise clients on best practices in:
Financial Accounting
Tax Accounting
IFRS Compliance
Cost Controlling
Group Reporting
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
SAP Integration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules, including:
SAP CO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP HCM
Required Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
Proven experience in SAP FI/CO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Functional Expertise
Strong understanding of:
Financial Accounting
Tax Accounting
IFRS Standards
Controlling
Group Reporting
Financial Planning and Analysis
Technical & Functional Skills
Expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
Experience in functional and integration testing.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of SAP module integrations and end-to-end business processes.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience in S/4HANA Finance implementations.
Exposure to GST and localization requirements.
Experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
