Job Overview

Habitbev, a franchise partner of Bailley (Parle Group), is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Coimbatore and nearby markets. The role focuses on team leadership, distributor management, sales execution, and volume growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead and manage:
Sales Executives
Key Account Managers
Sales Coordinators
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Drive team productivity and maintain discipline.
Sales & Business Development
Plan weekly sales strategies and route plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets exceeding 30,000 cases.
Expand market coverage and improve product penetration.
Drive growth through distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Distributor & Channel Management
Build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
Resolve distributor and customer escalations.
Ensure proper stock availability across territories.
Reporting & Operations
Monitor CRM/Bizom updates and reporting.
Track sales performance and market execution.
Ensure timely submission of sales reports and target reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of FMCG or Beverage sales experience.
Experience handling teams and distributors.
Proven achievement of sales targets.
