Job Summary

DMart is hiring Retail Executives to support store operations, customer service, billing, inventory management, warehouse activities, and product handling. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome and assist customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
Upsell and cross-sell products.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Cashiering & Billing
Operate POS/billing systems.
Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other methods.
Generate bills and receipts accurately.
Apply offers and discounts correctly.
Inventory Management
Refill shelves and display racks.
Monitor stock availability.
Assist with stock audits and inventory checks.
Report stock shortages and discrepancies.
Purchase & Procurement Support
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
Assist in identifying replenishment requirements.
Packing & Dispatch
Pack products safely for customers and deliveries.
Ensure proper labeling and handling.
Warehouse (Godown) Operations
Organize stock in storage areas.
Assist with unloading and arranging goods.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Minimum: 10th Pass
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Up to 5 years of experience in:
Retail
Counter Sales
Customer Service
Cashiering
Store Operations
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Billing and POS handling skills (preferred)
Inventory management awareness

Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Mode: Work From Store (In-Person)
