Job Summary

The Production Engineer will be responsible for production engineering activities related to UPS and Stabilizer manufacturing. The role includes panel building, electrical wiring, product improvements, troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with product standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Engineering
Support production of UPS and Stabilizer systems.
Execute manufacturing activities as per engineering standards.
Improve production efficiency and product quality.
Panel Building & Wiring
Perform electrical panel building activities.
Handle power panel wiring and control panel wiring.
Ensure panel wiring complies with industry standards.
Product Improvement
Review existing products.
Recommend engineering improvements.
Remodel and update existing product designs as required.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve product issues.
Analyze electrical and logic-based faults.
Support production teams in resolving technical problems.
Design Documentation
Prepare engineering documentation.
Maintain design and testing documents.
Ensure documentation complies with product standards.
Switchgear Operations
Work with electrical switchgear components.
Understand switchgear functionality and operation.
Team Coordination
Participate in team-building activities.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
UG or PG in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Related Engineering Discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years
Experience in panel building activities is mandatory.
