# Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Specialist – Technical Support to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support within cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud technologies, system administration, APIs, and troubleshooting methodologies.

This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while working in rotational or night shifts.

# Key Responsibilities

## Technical Support & Troubleshooting

* Provide technical support for cloud-based environments and enterprise applications.
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
* Analyze system logs and identify root causes of incidents.
* Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams when required.

## Cloud & Infrastructure Support

* Support cloud-hosted applications and services.
* Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
* Assist in cloud platform troubleshooting and issue resolution.

## Networking & Protocol Management

* Troubleshoot issues related to:

* HTTPS
* DNS
* SSL/TLS
* Network Connectivity
* Analyze communication flows between applications and services.

## API & Database Support

* Work with APIs for integration troubleshooting and validation.
* Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.
* Support database-related investigations and troubleshooting activities.

## System Administration

* Manage and troubleshoot:

* Active Directory
* User Access Issues
* Authentication Problems
* Windows and Linux Environments
* Utilize command-line tools for diagnostics and administration.

## Email & Log Analysis

* Investigate email delivery and routing issues.
* Perform log analysis to identify system anomalies and errors.
* Generate findings and recommend corrective actions.

## Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain detailed incident records and troubleshooting documentation.
* Update knowledge base articles and support procedures.
* Ensure compliance with support processes and SLAs.

* Strong troubleshooting experience across networking, cloud platforms, APIs, and operating systems.
* Exposure to Active Directory and database technologies.
* Basic scripting knowledge for automation and diagnostics.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
