Job Title: Process Specialist – Technical Support (Cloud Environment)

Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Process Specialist (Technical Support – Cloud Environment) to provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical support, system administration, and cloud technologies, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web protocols, network connectivity, and system performance.
Analyze logs, diagnose incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
Support Active Directory administration and user management activities.
Work with APIs, SQL databases, and command-line tools for issue resolution.
Monitor and troubleshoot email routing, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS configurations, and HTTPS-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents efficiently.
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
Participate in rotational shifts and provide support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in Technical Support, Cloud Support, or System Administration.
Strong understanding of:

SSL/TLS
Working knowledge of:
APIs
SQL
Active Directory
Windows/Linux Command-Line Tools
Familiarity with:
Email Routing
Log Analysis
Incident Troubleshooting
Exposure to scripting languages such as:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
