Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and passionate PHP & Laravel Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who are eager to build a career in web application development. The selected candidate will work closely with senior developers to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development
Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Write clean, structured, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Participate in the implementation of new features and application enhancements.
Frontend & API Integration
Support the integration of front-end components with backend services.
Assist in integrating third-party APIs and external services.
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for application functionality.
Database Management
Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Write basic SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
Support database maintenance and optimization activities.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Debug, test, and troubleshoot web applications.
Identify and resolve issues affecting application performance and functionality.
Assist in maintaining application stability and reliability.
Learning & Collaboration
Stay updated with emerging web development technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of PHP and Laravel Framework.
Knowledge of MVC Architecture.
Familiarity with:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Bootstrap
jQuery
Understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Awareness of coding standards and best practices.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Good to Have (Optional)
Internship or academic project experience using PHP/Laravel.
