Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on medication usage, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
Verify prescriptions for correctness and completeness.
Ensure safe and effective medication distribution practices.
Patient Counseling
Educate patients regarding proper medication usage, dosage schedules, and precautions.
Explain potential side effects and drug interactions.
Provide professional guidance to promote medication adherence and patient safety.
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock verification and expiry checks.
Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate prescription records and patient information.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory pharmacy standards.
Follow organizational policies and quality assurance procedures.
Clinical Collaboration
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related matters.
Support safe and effective patient care through appropriate pharmaceutical services.

Candidate Requirements
