Join a leading Industrial AI startup to design and develop advanced hardware for AI-powered industrial products. The role focuses on PCB and electronic hardware design, ensuring products are reliable, high-performing, manufacturable, and compliant with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital electronic circuits.
Develop hardware schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using EDA tools.
Review PCB layouts for thermal performance and EMI/EMC compliance.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and functional safety teams.
Perform hardware testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure hardware reliability.
Optimize hardware designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
Support FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) activities.
Resolve issues related to EMI/EMC, thermal performance, and electrical testing.
Stay current with emerging electronic components and hardware technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Experience
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in hardware and PCB design.
