Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer (PCB Design Engineer) to join a leading Industrial AI startup based in Coimbatore. In this role, you will design, develop, and validate advanced hardware solutions for next-generation AI-based industrial products, ensuring world-class performance, reliability, and compliance with international standards.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware Design with strong expertise in Analog and Digital Electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital circuits for AI-driven industrial products.
Develop hardware schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using industry-standard EDA tools.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and functional safety teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions.
Perform hardware testing, debugging, validation, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
Optimize hardware designs for performance, manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
Conduct worst-case analysis to validate hardware performance across different operating conditions.
Review PCB layouts to ensure proper thermal management and compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
Support FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) activities in collaboration with the Functional Safety team.
Troubleshoot issues related to EMI/EMC, thermal performance, and electrical testing.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, electronic components, and industry best practices.
