Job Summary – Outlet Manager (Food Services)

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the food service outlet.
Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and sales performance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and food service standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Prepare sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree.
Age: 28 years and above.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail, food service, café, restaurant, or outlet management.
At least 6 years of team handling experience is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.
