Job Summary

Coffee Tea & More (CTM) is hiring an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its food service outlet at KMCH Hospital. The role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient outlet operations, inventory management, staff supervision, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the food service outlet.
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate outlet staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Drive sales performance and improve customer experience.
Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory, retail, food service, or outlet management role.
At least 6 years of team handling experience.
Age: 28 years and above.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
Understanding of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
