Job Opening: MIG & TIG Welder

📍 Location: In-person
💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

📌 Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. Candidates should have hands-on experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, with the ability to read technical drawings and deliver high-quality welds while following safety standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 MIG Welding
Perform MIG welding on mild steel / carbon steel / structural components
Set up welding machines with correct wire, gas, and parameters
Ensure strong and clean welds as per drawings
🔹 TIG Welding
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel / aluminum / precision components
Handle thin materials and high-accuracy welding work
Maintain weld quality and finish
🔹 General Duties
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
Inspect welds and perform rework if needed
Maintain welding equipment and tools
Follow safety and quality standards
Meet production targets
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in MIG and/or TIG welding
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
Knowledge of welding safety procedures
Physically fit for industrial work
ITI / Welding certification (preferred)

Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, or aluminum
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong attention to detail and quality
