Position: Medical Secretary
Location: Coimbatore
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in a healthcare/medical administration role

Key Responsibilities
Manage appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations for healthcare providers.
Handle patient communications, inquiries, reminders, and follow-up instructions.
Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Coordinate with billing teams for accurate coding and claims processing.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage referrals, test results, and medical correspondence.
Support patient check-in and check-out processes.
Oversee office administration, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinic environment.
Assist with medical documentation and follow-up procedures.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree/Certification in Medical Office Administration, Health Information Management, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Office Administrator, or similar healthcare administrative role.
Experience with scheduling software and patient management systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records management.
