Key Responsibilities
Medical Billing & Claims Support
Assist in end-to-end medical billing processes
Handle healthcare claims processing activities
Support revenue cycle management operations
Maintain accurate process documentation
Customer & Process Handling
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Resolve queries related to billing and claims
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Operational Support
Work in a fast-paced US healthcare environment
Maintain productivity and accuracy targets
