We Are Hiring – Healthcare RCM Professionals

As part of our expanding Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, we are looking for talented professionals for multiple positions in the US Healthcare domain.

Open Positions
1. Front Office Healthcare Coordinator (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from patients and insurance representatives
Resolve billing queries, coverage clarifications, denial status, and prior authorization details
Document all interactions accurately in EMR / CRM systems
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain high service quality standards
2. Medical Biller / Denial Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Submit insurance claims (manual & electronic) and follow up on rejections
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims
Analyze EOBs to identify denial patterns and resolution strategies
Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation
Maintain denial logs and coordinate with coding & billing teams
Collaborate with providers to ensure documentation compliance
Required Skills

✅ Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes

✅ Hands-on experience with tools like eClinicalWorks

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong analytical, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities

Experience Required
1 to 7 years of experience in:
US Healthcare RCM
Medical Billing
AR Calling
Denial Management
Voice Process
Prior experience with US-based clients is preferred
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in:
Life Sciences
Healthcare Administration
Related Fields
MBA / Master’s Degree with Healthcare specialization preferred for leadership roles
