Job Title: Mechanical CAD Faculty / Trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Mechanical CAD Faculty to train students in industry-standard mechanical design software. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom training, mentoring students, managing academic activities, and ensuring timely completion of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct lectures according to the scheduled timetable.
Deliver training on Mechanical CAD software, including:
AutoCAD
CATIA
SolidWorks
CAM
Other relevant mechanical design tools
Prepare and assign daily classroom exercises, practical assignments, and project work.
Monitor students’ progress and ensure timely completion of journals, assignments, and projects.
Submit regular student performance and progress reports.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions, technical seminars, and workshops.
Motivate and guide students to participate in national-level certification exams.
Mentor and train junior faculty members on advanced software modules.
Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeframe.
Support the overall academic and operational activities of the training center.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of teaching or industry experience in Mechanical CAD software.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, CAM, and other mechanical design applications.
Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
