Role Overview
Vasantha Advanced Systems is seeking a Marketing Executive with EMS/electronics manufacturing experience to generate B2B leads, develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and support domestic and international market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting OEMs and ODMs in India and international markets.
Generate and qualify leads through:
Online and offline channels
Industry exhibitions
Professional networks
Identify new markets, customer segments and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
Work with sales and technical teams on RFQs, proposals and client presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage LinkedIn and other B2B platforms to strengthen digital presence.
Develop marketing content and campaigns for B2B audiences.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of EMS processes, including:
PCBA
Wiring Harness
Box-Build Manufacturing
B2B marketing and lead-generation experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
LinkedIn and digital marketing proficiency.
CRM experience.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
