Job Summary

A reputed EPC company is urgently hiring an experienced Lead Civil Structural Designer (Offshore) for its Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in offshore civil and structural design, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for offshore oil & gas or energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the civil and structural design activities for offshore EPC projects.
Develop and review structural layouts, foundation designs, and detailed engineering drawings.
Prepare and verify GA drawings, structural steel detailing, reinforced concrete drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
Review design calculations, material specifications, and engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international design standards.
Perform structural design coordination for offshore platforms, modules, pipe racks, and associated facilities.
Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and technical discussions with clients.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Resolve technical design issues during engineering and project execution.
Required Qualifications
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
12–20 years of experience in Civil & Structural Design.
Mandatory experience in Offshore EPC projects.
