Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution, technical support, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
Provide technical support during equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues under guidance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the relevant teams.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and other cross-functional departments.
Perform routine inspections, testing, and data collection.
Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and company standards.
Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
Good understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering systems.
Familiarity with engineering software such as:
AutoCAD (Preferred)
SolidWorks (Preferred)
PLC Software (Preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours based on project requirements.
