Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary

ISHA Engineering & Co. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SolidWorks Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
Work on hydraulic systems, including Power Packs and Hydraulic Cylinders.
Support machine building and structural design activities.
Perform design analysis and recommend engineering improvements.
Coordinate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure timely project completion.
Communicate technical information effectively with stakeholders.
Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in SolidWorks.
Good understanding of:
Hydraulic Systems
Power Packs
Hydraulic Cylinders
Machine Building
Structural Analysis
Strong technical and analytical abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in English communication.
