Job Summary

Hoffensoft is looking for a skilled and experienced JavaScript Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join its development team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks, RESTful APIs, and web application development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable JavaScript applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable JavaScript applications.

Build responsive and interactive web applications using React.js or Angular.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to enhance user experience.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Follow industry-standard coding practices and development methodologies.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay updated with emerging JavaScript technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Primary Skills:

JavaScript (ES6+)

HTML5 and CSS3

Express.js or Nest.js

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in JavaScript development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.

Good understanding of state management using Redux or Context API.

Experience with Node.js and back-end frameworks such as Express.js or Nest.js.

Practical knowledge of RESTful API integration.

Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.

Understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and application performance optimization.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern JavaScript build tools.
