Technical Skills

Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms.
Java JDK 1.7 and JDK 1.8.
Lambda functions and Stream APIs.
Spring MVC.
Multithreading and Java Concurrent APIs.
React 16+.
NoSQL databases.
Hibernate / JPA.
RESTful Web Services — creation and consumption.
Logging frameworks.
JUnit with Mockito, PowerMock, or equivalent.
Git, Jenkins, Maven.
DevOps build and release processes.
SDLC, TDD, BDD.
Design patterns and SOLID principles.
Code coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical training and mentoring to learners/developers.
Balance product development and mentoring responsibilities.
Identify gaps between development requirements and learner capabilities.
Build training curricula based on identified gaps.
Research new technologies and deliver training on them.
Prepare complete training programs, including:
Course content
Training materials
Interview questions
Mock interviews
Live project explanations
Design training programs according to recruiter requirements.
Provide technical analytics and use analytics software.
Help learners understand practical development, coding standards, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

2+ years of IT experience.
Strong Java Full Stack development background.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and learning new technologies.
Ability to explain real-world development concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree required.
