Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and computer systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be capable of resolving technical issues efficiently while delivering a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot computer system problems.
Resolve technical incidents through remote or on-site support.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
System Support
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
Support software installations and updates.
Assist users with operating system and application-related issues.
Help Desk Operations
Utilize help desk software to log, track, and resolve support tickets.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Ensure timely closure of support requests.
Customer Support
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external users.
Handle challenging situations professionally.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Related discipline
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
