Position: Civil / Interior Quantity Estimation Executive
Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: In person
Preferred Candidates: Male candidates from Coimbatore and surrounding areas

Eligibility

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2 years; approximately 2.5 years preferred

Interior work experience will be an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

Candidates should have their own ability to commute by two-wheeler.

Key Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of interior works and materials.

Well-versed in deriving material quantities from 2D detail drawings.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and functions.

Good knowledge of civil and interior-related works.

Languages: Tamil and English required.

Hindi-speaking ability is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and quantity estimation skills.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
