Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses/Caregivers to provide quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist patients with medical care, daily living activities, medication administration, and health monitoring while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

GDA (General Duty Assistant)
Diploma in Nursing
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
B.Sc Nursing
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide nursing and caregiving services at patients’ homes.
Assist patients with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.
Medication & Clinical Support
Administer medications as prescribed.
Handle and monitor medical equipment used for patient care.
Observe patient health conditions and maintain care records.
Health Monitoring
Monitor vital signs and overall patient health status.
Identify changes in patient conditions and report concerns promptly.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate support when required.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Follow healthcare protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Duty Timings
12-Hour Shift
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
24-Hour Duty
Available based on patient requirements and assignment.
