About the Role

Lead and optimize paid advertising strategies for B2B customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversions.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic platforms, and trade networks.
Target B2B segments including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and food-service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Develop audience-targeting strategies for B2B customer segments.
Align paid media strategies with sales and revenue goals.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Track and analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and other campaign KPIs.
Optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Manage remarketing and lookalike audiences.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and advertising-platform updates.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters on campaign creatives.
Work with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills

3+ years of paid advertising experience in a B2B environment.
Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
Analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and long sales cycles.
CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

Food/beverage industry experience.
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy integration with paid advertising.
Experience with trade publication or native advertising.
Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads.
