Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Integrate AI-based solutions to improve project outcomes.
Lead technical discussions and provide solution designs for international clients.
Conduct code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
Deploy and optimize applications using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Mentor junior developers and establish coding, security, and scalability best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Work across multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

Strong MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Microservices architecture.
Frontend performance optimization and UI/UX principles.
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud computing — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Git, GitHub/GitLab.
Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
